Our merchandise is broken down into three sections on our website:  “Current Stock Offers”, “QuickShip Stock Lots”, and “Sample Lots”.  All three sections have different lead times, discounts, and minimum order requirements.  A more detailed description of each merchandise group is located on the respective page.  Please click on the appropriate link to go to that page.

Once you have decided which products you would like to order, please use our online order form and submit the order electronically.  You may also print out our order form in .pdf format, and fax your order to: (949) 335-5135.

2. What forms of payment do you accept ?

Larger orders must be paid via wire transfer, money order, or cashiers check.  Sample Lots or smaller orders can be paid via PayPal, and are subject to a 5% processing fee.  Payment must be made in full before your goods are secured, and your order is processed for shipment.

3. This is my first time ordering, do you offer samples or small lots to get started ?

If you are interested in sampling the quality of our merchandise, or are looking for great items to start selling on EBay, we suggest trying a sample lot.  Once you are comfortable with our product quality and customer service, you can begin taking advantage of our current stock offerings which carry our deepest discounts.

4. Do you offer items other than what is listed on your website ?

Yes, we do.  We work directly with wholesalers, and a number of licensed brokers throughout Europe that provide access to many other brands, and different product categories.  If you are not finding what you are looking for, please let us know !

5. Do you drop ship ?

Sorry, but no.  Our pricing is based on volume.  We also need to reserve the ability to respond quickly to trends and stock availability from our suppliers.  The rapid flow of product through our warehouse does not allow us to drop ship.

6. If I register on your website, how do you treat my personal information ?

Your personal information will be used only to contact you regarding our stock offers and specials.  Rest assured we will not share your information with any third party.

7. Are your products authentic ?

We work only with suppliers and brokers in Europe who guarantee authenticity.  Our suppliers specialize in providing stock lots, overstocks, and surpluses, from designer brands.

8. What is the estimated delivery time of an order ?
