  Along with sourcing from reputable suppliers, quality control is the most important factor in determining that an item is genuine and fit for resell. All of our merchandise undergoes extensive and comprehensive quality control checks before being shipped to you. Multiple layers of packaging protection are used to keep your items free from damage during shipment.  
 

We have consolidated both our East and West Coast warehouses, and now ship all orders FOB from our new and expanded warehouse in Long Beach, California (warehouse is smoke-free, and climate controlled). 

 
 

Shipping charges vary depending on the size of your order, and shipping location.  We ship your order in the most economical manner possible, unless you the customer specify otherwise.  Shipping quotes can be provided upon request.  If express shipping is necessary, please make us aware of this when placing your order.

 
 

For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for any customs duties, fees, or problems that may occur.  International shipments also require insurance.

 
 

All sales are final unless damage is incurred in transit between our warehouse and your shipping location.  If an item in your shipment is not up to your satisfaction, you must contact us with your claim within three days of receiving your shipment.  A digital photograph must accompany your claim.  Once your claim is reported, we will work with you on getting the item exchanged.  All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, and are performed under the shipping expense of the customer.
